Our founder Aubrey Padgett started drag racing in the 1950's and still drag racing at 85 years old. In 1961-1963 he was Tri-State Champion in the southeast region. He is a member of the Southeast Gasser's Association.

My wife's Ford Explorer had the ac pump go out while we were traveling from Michigan to Gulf Shores. We were unsure where to go and I was fortunate to speak to a gentleman that gave me Aubrey Padgett's phone number. Everyone was friendly and willing to help us in any way they could. our vehicle was fixed quickly and correctly without them raking us over the coals.
